Melissa Rojas

I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate in the state of NC. I am a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors. I graduated from East Carolina University with a master's in Clinical Counseling. I have completed training in Fundamentals of Natural Lifemanship for Equine Assisted Therapy and I have been trained in EMDR. 

Every person and situation is unique, which is why I utilize techniques from various theories such as cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, strengths-based perspective, mindfulness techniques, and person-centered approach.

I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to authentically connect to ourselves and others. I aim to provide you with a welcoming and safe space to help you process, grow, and transform into your best self.
